Event Details: This Deal based band was formed in 1932 by miner George Gibb and his colleagues as a tool for relaxation after their days of toil underground. A friendly, active, contesting band and keen to encourage new players, they can often be heard in parks and bandstands all over the south east.
Directions: The Bandstand, The Leas Folkestone. Situated to the west of the Leas Cliff Hall and above the Lower Leas Coastal Park.
