Tower Gardens is a Green Flag Award winning park which is part of a chain of interlinked parks - Admirals Park, Tower Gardens and West Park. Located within 1.5 km of Chelmsford’s busy town centre, the three parks cover an area of approximately 30 hectares. Set in a mature landscape and adjoining the River Can, the setting is popular throughout the year attracting 100,000 plus visitors per annum.
Residents and visitors from further afield benefit from a wide range of facilities; football and cricket pitches, pitch & putt golf, bowling green, tennis courts, angling, canoeing and play areas offer recreational opportunities. Footpath and cycle way networks link the parkland with surrounding areas, and ornamental gardens provide a pleasant location to relax.
