Twinkle Park lies on the Thames Path as it runs through Deptford, south-east London, parallel to the River Thames. This neighbourhood Park provides a tranquil place for recerie, surrounding by 100 year old Plane trees; a pond full of dragon flies and marsh marigolds, perfect for pond dipping; a floodlit ball game a real beached boat and secret pathway. The stae-of-art stainless steal gazebo incorporates gate-seats allowing dual use by school and the public, a mosaic compass floor and houses summer music performances by local musicians. The Park is managed by a local Trust and maintained for them by Greenwich Council.
