John Coles Park

John Coles Park nestles in the centre of Chippenham and is often referred to as one of the most attractive and best managed parks in Wiltshire. The tree lined park is fully contained within an ornate metal fence and is staffed at all times providing both safety and security for all visitors. The opened in 1923 and is is designed in what is considered to be an Edwardian style and the bandstand, bowling club facility, fountain and perimeter fencing retain much of this charm and style. The park is open 365 days a year during daylight hours and welcomes all. The park plays host to a number of local events and also hosts a number of sports clubs: namely bowls and tennis
