Chorlton Park is a true community park with a wide and varied range of free facilities and activities on offer for all to enjoy regardless of age, gender, race or religion. Free facilities include a children’s play area with toddler zone, basketball courts, all weather multi sports court, football pitches, bowling green, skate park (new facility), 4 floodlit LTA standard tennis courts (new facility) and orienteering course. Other activities, some seasonal, available for all to participate in are: health walks, bulb planting, bird/bat box making, bug hunts, and habitat surveys, tree planting and environmental walks and talks.
