Victoria Park is a unique and exciting area of Stafford. In recent years the park has been the subject of significant regeneration works that have ensured it is now in a fit state to meet the needs and aspirations of the people of Stafford. To this ends a new Friends of Victoria Park Group has been set up to help steer a management plan for the park through the next ten years.  Part of this plan is to obtain a HLF grant that will assist in the further regeneration of the site through targeted renovation of key infrastructure and heritage assets. Todate Stafford Borough Council has succesfully restored the park to a safe and welcoming environment. This is only the start and a new regime of inspection, repairs and ongoing maintenance will ensure the park developes further into one of Staffordshire’s major leisure and heritage assets.
