Victoria Park is a small, Victorian public park opened on Jubilee Day 1887.  The park, is situated by the foreshore of Swansea Bay, is a busy urban park providing facilities for all ages, including a children’s playground, kick-about area, OAP pavilion, tennis courts, bowling green and skate park.  The park’s other features include formal gardens and beautiful planted herbaceous areas for people to sit and relax in.  Victoria Park is highly regarded by the citizens of Swansea and its visitors, and is renowned for its striking displays of bedding throughout the year.  The park plays host to a variety of events and activities, notably Skate Jams - a fusion of skateboarding, DJ workshops and street art.
