The location of the park provides a green conduit between the traditional community surrounding Cardiff’s water front and the young vibrant population of Cardiff Bay. The park is a defining contributor to the character and quality of the local environment and is a place of cultural and social significance. Grange Gardens, as a local facility acts as a positive catalyst enabling the diverse community to participate with a degree of empathy and accord.
