01482395864Northend Park and Remembrance Gardens comprises of 1.8 hectares and is located 700 metres to the north of Driffield Town centre The park is a valued community asset and is a focal point for leisure and recreational activities. The park has archeological history and is the site of the palace of King Aldfrith of Northumberland. Excavations have taken place on the site and many articles of Roman and Saxon origin have been found.
