Pavilion Gardens is located in the heart of historic Buxton.  The Park has recently been restored in partnership with the Heritage Lottery Fund. It is listed as Grade II on the English Heritage Register of Historic Parks and Gardens, and is an excellent example of a formal historic public park.  The park provides a wide range of facilities for the local community and visitors.  It has fantastic views and vistas, combining the restored park environment and surrounding important architectural buildings.  The Friends group, together with Buxton in Bloom, are actively involved in the park and its management.
