Information about this open space

This small but extremely well used garden is located in a densely populated area of Mayfair. It is a formal garden with bedding, shrubs and other planted areas. There is considerable local interest from residents who take a particular interest in making sure that the standard of the garden is kept to a high level. Over the years all the benches located in the garden have been donated by local and visitors alike.  The drinking fountain located in the center of the garden has recently been restored by the local residents who raised over £12,000 through running charitable events in the garden to carry out the work. This garden forms a quiet green oasis in the middle of a densely built up environment where users can go to sit and relax without the noise and bustle of everyday life.
