The Forest Centre has a lakeside cafĂ© where you can savour a coffee or a glass of wine with fresh food, a gift shop and a thriving conference centre for events and workshops. All of which contributes to the charity being able to plant more trees! There is a Sensory Garden, bicycle hire and two children’s play areas close to the forest centre so you wont have to go far to enjoy your day out. The park is a fabulous mix of woodland, wetland and grassland with both formal and wild areas. The park itself was created in 2000, the two lakes in the park were Brickwork pits and the wetlands were arable land. A wide range of events and activities take place throughout the year in education, work and entertainment, so do drop in or check out our website!
