One of two parks in Holland to win a Green Flag Award, Schelfhorst Park has been judged by two UK Green Flag Award judges. Part of a pilot scheme to extend the Green Flag Award Scheme to Europe, both winning sites have taken advantage of advice and guidance provided by Preston City Council in the UK.
